I've led award-winning creative for big agencies on accounts including Procter & Gamble, Campbell's and Dannon. I founded one of the first social networks for remote workers. Professor Adam Grant and Sam Yagan were my earliest advisors. WeWork threatened to sue me, and Workfrom offered to buy me out.
I took some time off, wrote for HuffPost and Forbes, and had a family. Then I rolled up my sleeves and started my own mission-driven agency, my most rewarding career move so far. Fighting for mangroves and ocean health, saving 800+ quarantined animals at the largest sanctuary in South America, and getting tablets into the hands of isolated hospital patients needing to share parting words is the work I'm proudest of.
Why HF Design: I've spent my career making tactile, material things feel desirable, and flooring is exactly that, a product people choose by touch, light and edge detail. That's a designer's problem. I want to be the person who owns the sample card, the spec sheet, the brochure, the site and the campaign, and makes them all feel like one confident brand.
I'm equally comfortable in InDesign prepping a press file, in Illustrator redrawing a collection mark, in Analytics deciding where next month's budget goes, and on a call walking an overseas vendor through specs.
